There is no greater experience than that of waking up, in a full, all out, glorious rising and shining.  Say to the sun "Good Morning, Sun" and feel into all the beauty and love of that eternal source of energy that brings us this wonderful new day. There are many things that can bring us into the realm of darkness and in the deepest spaces of our lower thinking. Joy made manifest is love.
