A number of years ago we started a women's Sunday Tea group to celebrate all our Amazing, Magnificent and Phenomenal-ness and talk about things that matter over delicious cups of tea.  It was intended to honor our ancestors, specifically my grandmother and my dear friends mother, Thelma.
