    Dear John,
    You stink. Locks have been changed. Your belongings are at the goodwill. I'm sure they'll work a deal with you. As for me... it's like the country song, D.I.V.O.R.C.E. expect a call from my attorney next week, and as they say at the post office Bend Over Here it Comes Again.
