Rise and Shine with Light and Love

No more beautiful reminder that everyone is here to shine, with light and love.

 

Pulitzer prize winning poet Mary Oliver’s ‘When I Am Among the Trees’ from Thirst seems like a perfect way to enjoy these days of transformation and the pulsing presence of love of earth.

Around me the trees stir in their leaves

And call out, “Stay awhile.”

The light flows from their branches.

And they call again, “It’s simple,” they say,

“and you too have come

into the world to do this, to go easy, to be filled

with light, and to shine.”

This shimmering reminder of light always present, always nourishing expands into and through our hearts.  Enjoy this beautiful expression of the love inside all of us reflected against nature expanding outward amplifying through our words attune with the sounds of the world.
